Print-on-Demand Products
All of our apparel is custom printed on demand just for you. Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. However, we absolutely stand behind the quality of our products.
Eligible Returns & Exchanges
We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement if your item:
- Arrives damaged or defective
- Has a printing error (wrong design, misaligned print, color significantly different from listing)
- Is the wrong size or wrong item from what you ordered
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at shopify@apparelhub.ai within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and a photo of the issue
- We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without proof of defect or damage
- Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
