Processing Time

All of our products are custom printed on demand. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before your order ships. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (US): 5-8 business days after production

Expedited Shipping (US): 2-4 business days after production

International Shipping: 10-20 business days after production

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your cart.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@apparelhub.ai with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has entered production may not be possible.
